Information for Trade Show Exhibitors

Show Dates & Hours:

Wed 11 am - 9 pm
Sat 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
Equine Experience starts at 8:15 pm - 10:30 pm
Sun 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
9:00 am - Cowboy Church


Move In:

Wed 12 pm - 5 pm: Equipment & Trailer Exhibitors ONLY

Note: These exhibitors must be in place before the rest of the booths are setup

Thurs 8:30 am - 8:30 pm All Exhibitors
Fri 8:30 am - 10:30 am All Exhibitors


Note: For security reasons ALL Exterior Doors will be locked at 10:30pm Friday and no further moving in will be allowed, but you can continue to work in your booth



Move Out:

Sun 6 pm - 10 pm: All Exhibitors


Note: Any exhibitor that moves anything out before 6:00 pm will not be invited back for future Mane Event Expos

Mon All booths 8:30 am and all booths must be empty by 2:00 pm
Booth Information & Restocking

Each booth will include an 8’ draped back wall, 4’ draped sidewalls and one 110 volt electrical outlet. Bulk space does not include draped back or sidewalls.
Exhibitors will be allowed onto the show floor 1 hour prior to show opening for restocking and clean up.

Please note Name Badges do not provide admission to the expo, all exhibitors will be required to wear wristbands from Friday onward.
If you would like to have complimentary personalized name badges please complete the Exhibitor Name Badge Request Form prior to April 9 with the names of the persons who will be working in your booth and fax it back to our office at (250) 578-7559.
If you do not send in the form there will be some blank badges that you may use with your business card.

Exhibitor Wristbands

Wristbands MUST BE WORN at all times at the expo. Only the Wristband provides admission to your booth as well as identifies you as an exhibitor to staff and security. You will receive your exhibitor wristbands upon check-in to set up your booth for you to distribute to your workers, please keep these wristbands and have them ready to put on Friday morning, they will last the entire weekend. Replacements will not be issued to exhibitors who lose or destroy their wristbands, you will be required to purchase an admission.

You may bring in your own furniture and accessories. If you do require furniture, carpet and accessories or additional power our display company for the show is GES Canada. Please note that the deadline date for discounted pre-order pricing is April 16, after that date you will pay on-site pricing.


Hotels

Last year our host hotels SOLD OUT very early so we have added a number of hotels to our list so book your hotel early to avoid extra travel distances. See our hotel & camping page for a complete list of host hotels.
